Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchase and usage of YEEND Studio products.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

DISCLAIMER

The products of YEEND are not toys intended for children’s use. The items are created, and are to be treated as collectable and fragile artworks.

Some products may contain, or are made up of small parts, and therefore must not be left in the hands of unsupervised children.

No responsibility is taken for harm or damage caused by any misuse of created items.

While every endeavour has been made to supply accurate information, errors and omissions may occur. Accordingly, YEEND Studio does not accept any liability for any loss or damage which may directly or indirectly result from any advice, opinion, information, representation or omission, whether negligent or otherwise, contained on this site.

PRODUCTION & PURCHASE

Each YEEND STUDIO piece is produced partially or entirely from hand-crafted components, and are designed and hand-assembled in Melbourne, Australia. Lead-times for restocking out-of-stock items may vary. Please reach out via email at hello@yeendstudio.com to enquire into specific lead-times.

YEEND STUDIO offers some customisability on some products regarding colour and size. For all custom projects, a 50% non-refundable down-payment will be required prior to commencement of production. The remaining 50% balance must be paid prior to any work being dispatched. Lead-times for custom projects are approximate and will vary depending on complexity. All lead-times will be communicated the client prior to production, and any potential delays will be communicated to the client as soon as possible.

All specifications for custom projects must be confirmed in writing by the client prior to production, and no further changes will be accepted once production has begun. Due to the nature of custom projects, YEEND STUDIO reserves the right to reject any claims for exchange or refund relating to misselection, change of mind, or any issues that do not fall under the warranty terms or the Australia Consumer Law.

SHIPPING

All orders within Australia will be shipped via courier within 5-7 days of payment, unless otherwise communcaited to the client. Tracking numbers will be sent automatically directly to the nominanted contact details of the client. If tracking information has not been received by the client, please reach out to us at hello@yeendstudio.com with your order number ASAP.

WARRANTY

YEEND STUDIO offers a standard warranty period of 2 years on all products, applicable exclusively to installation within Australia, active from the day of dispatch of your order. This warranty covers the replacement of electrical components, as well as the structural components of each light.

Please note that this warranty is exclusively applicable to the product and related, included components, and does not cover:

- Incorrect/illegal installation (all lighting must be installed by a licensed electrician, and must adhere to its recommended IP-rated zone limits)

- Client change of mind/misselection

- Unintended/abornmal use/installation of the product

- Cost of electrician labour/reinstallation

- Globes (with exception to intergated LED light sources)

Additionally, certain finishes and materials may display natural variations in colour, texture, or appearance (for example, marbling, small bubbles, or patina). These variations are not considered defects, and are considered to be characteristic of the bespoke, unique nature of the materials. Such vairations also do not give rise to a right to return or replacement under this warranty or the Australian Consumer Law.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact immediately if the item is defective or damaged. If you do receive a damaged or faulty item please email us at hello@yeendstudio.com within 5 days of receival. YEEND STUDIO is not responsible for damages claimed after this period.

Damage claims must include photographs along with written description and proof of purchase. If damage has occurred during shipping, all packaging must be retained by the receiver. Failure to do so may invalidate any claim.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 60 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

COPYWRIGHT NOTICE

All viewers should be aware that Copyright of the artworks located on this website remain the exclusive property of the Artist.

Artworks may be viewed only for the purposes of buyer browsing, and be downloaded only for such purposes.

No reproduction may be made of any of the artworks from this website for commercial use for any reason without first receiving written permission from YEEND.

Under Copyright Law it is fair use to reproduce a single copy for personal or educational purposes, provided that no changes are made to the content and provided that a copyright notice accrediting the content is attached to the reproduction. Beyond that, no further copies of artworks from this website may be made or distributed without written authorization.
