Payments
We accept payment through Credit Card, PayPal, Stripe, or via bank transfer. In the case of a bank transfer, we will supply you with an invoice including all the details needed. Please contact us at hello@yeendstudio.com prior to your purchase if a bank transfer is required.


Shipping Within Australia
YEEND Studio will endeavour to process and deliver your order as soon as possible. Due to the handmade-to-order nature of our products, please allow up to 14 days within Australia for delivery. Lead times for wholesale/large orders may be different to the above, so please contact us in advance to ensure a delivery time is discussed. All orders are shipped by courier.

Shipping Outside Of Australia
For all international orders, please contact us at hello@yeendstudio.com to discuss shipping prior to your order.

 Late Delivery
Due to a number of external factors, some orders can potentially run late. As all products are either self-produced or in collaboration with Australian-based manufacturers, occasionally issues can occur, leading to a delivery outside of the suggested 14-day lead time. This is a rare occasion, and we will always do our best to get your order to you in a timely manner, and will notify you as soon as possible if any delays arise. However, YEEND Studio is not liable for any loss as a result of a late delivery of your order, and are unable to entitle you to a refund for your order.
